Can a person do an act, which appears good, but it’s actually evil? Can a person do an act, which appears evil, but it’s actually good?

Bible passages:
1Samuel 15:10-25, Hebrews 4:12, Romans 13:1-5

Discussion:
In 1Samuel 15:10-25 God gave Saul an instruction to kill all the Amalekites including the living things. He did not fully obeyed as he kept the king of the Amalekite and the best of the cattle.
Verse 15, Saul answered, “The soldiers brought them from the Amalekites; they spared the best of the sheep and cattle to sacrifice to the Lord your God, but we totally destroyed the rest.”
His act appears good to man but it’s actually evil in the sight of God.
Some people do things for their own selfish ambition but God knows the intent of the heart and knows the act that are good or evil.
Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.
There are instances in the Bible where misinformation was given to safe life🙏🏾.
Abraham lied to Abimelech that Sarah is not his wife. He lied to safe his life. The act appears evil because God was angry at Abimelech but turned out good Genesis 20:1-16. Isaac did the same thing, he used the wisdom of God to get out of the tricky situation.
However, sins are not acceptable.

Part 2

Bible passages:
Colossians 4:5, Matthew 10:16, 1Samuel 16:7, Jeremiah 17:10, Luke 12:11

Discussion:
Sins are not acceptable, the area of our discussion fell into different aspect.
1. Context of the situation or event: and the intent of the heart: God knows the intent of the heart 1Samuel 16:7, Jeremiah 17:10.
God does things in His own way to bring glory to His Name. Human beings might see things in a different way but God knows the truth about the matter and uses situation to fulfill His purpose.
1Samuel 16:7
But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. The Lord does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.”
2. Be wise
Live wisely among those who are not believers, and make the most of every opportunity Colossians 4:5
3. Let God take control
As a Christian, we have to totally give our lives to Jesus and allow the Holy Spirit to take totoal control.
Luke 12:11-12
When you are brought before synagogues, rulers and authorities, do not worry about how you will defend yourselves or what you will say,
Verse 12 for the Holy Spirit will teach you at that time what you should say.”

In conclusion
Isaiah 55:8-9
For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord.
Verse 9 “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts”.

Being wise is application of wisdom, wisdom is listening and obeying the Holy Spirit at all times because He knows the truth of everything situation. Proverbs 22:17-19

Praise God
