Why is the Bible superior in authority and claims comparing to other religious and philosophy books (or books of world views)?
Bible passages:
Luke 8:11-14, Hebrew 4:12, Psalm 22, 2Peter 1:16, Micah 5:2, James 1:22-25, 1Corinthian 15:1-6, 2Peter 1:20-21, 2Timothy 3:16, Exodus 20:10
Discussion:
Philosophy “is a way of thinking about the world, the universe, and society. It works by asking very basic questions about the nature of human thought, the nature of the universe, and the connections between them”.
The following are religious books of different faiths
Christian faith: Holy Bible
The sacred text of Christianity is the Holy Bible. The Christian Bible has two parts: the Old Testament which is essentially the Hebrew scriptures of Jesus’ time; and the New Testament which contains writings about Jesus Christ. The New Testament teaches that salvation comes through believing in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and in following his teachings. It teaches that salvation is a gift God extends freely through Jesus Christ to all people.
Islam faith: Holy Quran.
The Qur’an emphasizes moral, ethical and spiritual values with the aim of establishing justice for everyone. Many Muslims try to learn to read the Koran in its original language, Arabic. It is not uncommon for Muslims to memorize whole chapters of it. They read part of it every day. The Sunnah is a record of Muhammads words and deeds. The Sunnah is used to help interpret the Koran. There is also instruction in it on belief, worship and behavior.
Hinduism faith: has many holy books, but most popular is Shreemad Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads and Veda.
Hindus value many sacred writings as opposed one holy book. They also believe that the Vedas transcend all time and don’t have a beginning or an end.
Buddhism faith: Tripitakas. Sikhism, Guru Granth Sahib.
Buddhism has no belief in a personal god. Buddhists believe that nothing is fixed or permanent and that change is always possible.
The claims are also without facts.
The path to Enlightenment is through the practice and development of morality, meditation and wisdom.
Judaism faith: has two religious books - Baha’ism, Kitáb-i-Aqdas.
The three main beliefs at the center of Judaism are Monotheism, Identity, and covenant (an agreement between God and his people). The most important teachings of Judaism is that there is one God, who wants people to do what is just and compassionate.

Bible is the living word of God that gives a point of reference. The word of God remains intact both Old and New Testaments did not contradict each other.
In Psalm 22 David talked about the crucifixion of Jesus Christ through prophecy. Manifestation was revealed in the New Testament.
Micah 5:2 mentioned about Messaiah being born.
2Peter 1:16 stated that the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ is not about telling clever stories invented by someone; but was witnessed.
1Corinthian 15:1-6 people witnessed miracles of Jesus.
Drawing from the Mohammad’s teachings he said he doesn’t know whether he will make heaven.
Bible gives clear direction of life. The bible is consistent - no contradiction.
In Gita - Hinduism book there is confusion in the guidance. They don’t believe in one God; at the same time stated that there must be a first being.
Buddhism believes in the philosophy of continuing changing their mind in relation to the environment.
In contrast, Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever Hebrew 13:8. The word of God (bible) lives forever Isaiah 40:8. The bible is written and interpreted by the inspiration of God 2Peter 1:20-21 and 2Timothy 3:16.
In conclusion the word of God, His prophecy and commandments are not ordinary; therefore nothing should be added or taken from it Deuteronomy 4:2, Rev22:18-19.
Praise God 🙏🏽
